"This was our third visit and hopefully not out last. The location - backing to a salt marsh where we could watch the tides - was spectacular, and our room #3 was very cozy. It had everything we needed - including a beautiful balcony with rocking chairs. There are no restaurants close by, but a light continental breakfast was provided at the office. The motel is right off Route 6A, which was amazingly quiet at night."

"The property was clean and quiet after a long day of fishing, it was just what was needed to prepare you for the next day. It was located next to many walkable restaurants and bars which there no need to drive the car. I pan on staying at this hotel next year as it very convenient!"

"Staff very nice. Room clean. Fairly new looking bathroom with shower stall. In room was a counter with very small microwave, new refrigerator and a cute little sink. The carpet was very outdated. Room overall very plain. Mattress was ok. Just blinds on the window so light easily comes in. Only one lock on door knob-would feel safer with a dead bolt or a chain."

"This was my second stay at this delightful harbor hotel/motel and I will def be back. The owners and the staff are so kind and accomodating. They put me in my requested room, which affords for a lot of privacy, and helped me with laundry. I love walking around the harbor in the mornings and evenings, and it is close to many great restaurants, the beaches, and everything you need. Highly recommended."

"We stayed over night for a function in town. The hotel was beautiful, breakfast was included, the staff were very kind. Only thing we found odd was that parking was not included in the original booking (it was only $10 I just was not expecting it). Other than that, it was a great stay and I highly recommend."

"bed was uncomfortable if you're a person that likes more firm mattresses, the walls are super thin heard too much noise, the free breakfast is weak, im talking toast, packaged muffins and cooking and yogurt lol. The pool was closed for one whole day of my stay for "maintenance". The housekeeper never came the first day. I asked to switch rooms to the noise level and was declined. but good location was able to walk to the ferry so easily which was super convenient and its walkable to the...
