"The motel is located very close to the attractions on Main Street, Hyannis; walkable distance. The room was spacious and clean, newly renovated bathroom. Some noise from the street, but the rooms are set back, so not a disturbance. The guests were a bit noisy in the early evening, but quiet by 9PM. So a good value for a place to stay during a Cape visit."

"This hotel feels like a slice of paradise nestled on the canal. The rooms are large, well equipped, and situated so that you can park your car and walk to a nearby establishment, nature stroll (10 min walk in wooded area or longer on canal) the room is clean and breakfast is good. I wish I tipped the staff more. The Cape is so expensive and these people work alot to afford all that life requires. So if your fortunate enough to stay and enjoy free parking, water views, breakfast, please please...

"The shower had hair all over. The pool in pictures looks to be an indoor open pool but was empty and closed We checked out the next morning even after paying another night and found a different hotel."

"I’ll start by saying the inn keeper was very nice and helpful (we requested to move rooms as the one we’d been assigned was not acceptable), but having said that… this property has so much potential but at its current condition is sub-par. The outdoor area has rusty chairs, overgrown weeds, animal droppings on the stairs to the rooftop patio, and is in dire need of an overhaul.
