We will be back!

This an old motel that has been refurbished! Wonderfully clean, quiet and comfortable. Great bed, nice towels and a lot of attention to detail with the refurbishing! Room was a good size and a reasonable fee for our two large dogs. Our room was non smoking and definitely had been kept smoke free! Very pleased to find that it was reasonably priced. We will definitely be back. Anyone would be pleased with these accommodations if you don’t mind the old style motels!!!

Quiet and Comfortable

Quiet small hotel right off the highway. Great staff and very comfortable and quiet room. Fresh fruit basket available in lobby along with computer for printing. But for a stray hair in the tub it would have been a perfect score.

Very easy access, one floor means no loud upstairs neighbors. Currently no breakfast but they did have before COVID. We stay here every time we pass through Texas.

Dog “policy” doesn’t make sense!

I reserved a room for 2 people with 3 dogs since the policy was a reasonable $10 per dog on Hotels.con’s web site. When I arrived, the agent on duty gave me a price “with the dog fee,” which I paid. We walked the dogs openly, picked up after them, and had take out so they were never left alone. When I checked out, the same employee said I owed $20 for the 2 other dogs since I had only paid for 1. He said the motel only allows 1 dog, and his boss was very angry. I paid him the $20, but how can the policy be $10 per dog if only 1 is allowed? The motel and/or Hotels.com should correct this! It’s a shame I won’t go back because it was a good little motel otherwise.

I messaged management i would check in late at night and they were kind enough to respond and tell me they would hold my room. They were friendlybat the che k out as well. The previous reviews were true.
