"The place was run down. Nothing like the pictures that they displayed on the web site. The area appeared to be nice, but they had many surveillance cameras throughout the property and homeless wandering about. The only thing positive was that the room was clean, though run down. Definitely not as it was portrayed in the ad. "

"Although the building seemed new, we didn't have hot water and we had to be somewhere at 630am and had to swtch hotel rooms. The walls were thin, and although the one other room that was rented in our building was right next to us and they were LOUD. And parking was $12 a night - that's a joke its not as if there was security surveilling the lot The towels were hard, the bed was uncomfortable. It was close to our venue and there were many stores close by so that was a plus. "
