"There was a wedding that stayed in the lobby until 2:15 am. Loud and obnoxious. Staff wouldn’t do anything to help. Construction is going on right outside lower bedroom windows and started at 7. No sleep to say the least. At least I was given the money back for the other nights I had reserved. Just wasn’t a very good place to stay."

"Shower door wouldn't stay closed during the shower and the TV kept jumping back to the Marriot Bonvoy ad page. Both problems were fixed. The water jets in the hot tub were NOT forceful. Kind of the point of a hot tub, right? And why charge for self parking? On the plus side, the staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was great. The AC worked very well. I'd go back."

"The Ocean front view was lovely & the Hotel well kept. The staff was mostly friendly only one bar attendant did not seem to be a good fit for that job. She was just okay. The only drawbacks were, we paid for parking as separate from the hotel, check in took over an hour and as travellers who was up since 4:00am, that’s quite a wait as we were very tired. Lastly, there was tons of seaweeds which was a tad disappointing, maybe it’s the time of year?"

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall found it to be clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, several aspects of the stay made it uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very poor, which made it difficult to enjoy or properly rinse off. In addition, the bed was extremely soft and lacked proper support, and the pillows were also too soft, which affected our sleep quality. While the cleanliness is a strong point, the comfort level and bathroom experience need...
