"We stayed 2 separate nights, a Sunday and a Wednesday. On Sunday, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking out on Monday morning was different. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available. On Sunday, 1 restaurant was closed. On Wednesday, 3 restaurants were "temporarily" closed and 1 was closed for a special event. Our choices were then Claim Jumper, Saltgrass or Cadillac. None of which we were thrilled about. Having been in the pool service industry for 25...

"My husband and I was in town for the BabyFace concert this past weekend. The hotels at the Casino were booked and very pricey. I found this place and it was wonderful. Located near everything. The staff was top notch. From check in to check out. Friendly and very helpful. Amazing staff. Housekeeping. Amazing!!!"

"No hot water to shower or shave with and the phone did not work to call the front desk. Threw on some clothes to go down and tell the front desk. Was told sorry offered another room but now we were out of time and just had to leave. "

"Things were fine except the key card validator wasn’t working and so the front desk literally had to walk each patron to their room and unlock their door with a master key. Act of nature I suppose but when you still charge full price and MAJORLY inconvenience customers (as you couldn’t even leave the rm to get ice without having to have the front desk let you back in) there in lies the travesty!!!"
