"I had bugs in my room. Pretty scary and terrified night. Had a hard night sleeping as manager said that rooms were full and he couldn’t accommodate us. Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken."

"Was surprised that staff only cleans room and replaces towels every other day. nothing was said on site or when we checked in. Also had a supposed handicap room. Toilet was lowest i've ever seen and difficult to get in shower as i had to step over tub - not walk in. did have bars by toilet and in shower but not very handicap friendly"

The bedding was not clean. we had to use our own pillows and we could only stay one of the 3 nights we paid for. Breakfast was not terrible but minimial. The people were nice enough but would never stay there again."
