"I recently stayed at the Namaste Hotel in Dawsonville, GA while attending a wedding nearby. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The hallway carpet was ripped and held together with duct tape in hall never on our door. An immediate poor first impression. The room was clean enough. Several basic amenities were missing. Cups, ice bucket, iron and iron board We did go to the front desk and they provided these items. Very inconvenient. The beds were like sleeping on a pullout...

"The room was nice, especially the comfort of the bed and the nice lighting. The shower water did not get hot, only luke warm, and I saw a few bugs in the room. The complimentary breakfast was good. I believe the hotel is still being remodeled, so there are probably a few things not completed yet. Overall an average to good review."

"After my credit card processed then desk told me no city water from 11 pm to 6 am first night. Smaller pillows requested not available. Bed too high for short, older person and no stepping device there. Breakfast was well managed. "

"The air conditioner wasn't working so I went down to the front desk and was told to operate it at the controls on the blower instead of the thermostat. I went back and did that and waited 30 minutes and there was no cold air. I wnet back down hopfully getting a different room and they said they would send a maintenance man to check it out. He can and said he couldn't fix it. I again went back down ato let the front desk know. There was no appology but they did give us a different room."

"First of all, the hotel was under major construction. My room had an adjoining room and every single night the guests in the next room were very loud and I had to turn on the fan and put headphones in to get sleep. When I first arrived, there was a half of a roll of toilet paper and only decaf coffee. The hotel staff handled that situation immediately. That is why I gave 2 stars . This particular Hilton is off the beaten path and I am sure will be better when the renovations are finished. ...

"The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We needed to leave a day early due to illness. We received our refund within a few days. Disappointed with the temperature of the pool. Extremely cold. Staff said there had been issues with the heater. They said it was fixed now."
