"The staff at Wyndham Boca Raton was friendly, which I appreciated, but the property itself was very disappointing. The hotel feels outdated and badly in need of a full renovation. The room had a damp, moldy smell, and several appliances did not work properly. The carpet had stains, the room did not feel clean, and the bathroom was even more dated than the rest of the space. Overall, the entire property feels run down and in need of a complete overhaul. Friendly staff can only do so much when...

"They provided free drink tickets but those were only good between 5:30-7pm, which most of our stay we weren’t around for. Staff was friendly. The initial impression of the hotel and property was “it’s nice”, but once you walk around and notice the dog poop that wasn’t cleaned up the entire time we were there. All rooms stank. From carpet to dressers. Lamps and co were dusty. Couches in rooms were dirty. Pool was dirty, we had to mention it to staff and request for it to get cleaned so we can...

"Spotless room, some front desk staff ( Donald) were great , some just a little friendly. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Rooms are old but comfortable, cool and clean. Lobby is dark "

"The hotel was very clean and smelled soo fresh! We ended up staying at the pool for almost 4 hours because of the drinks (pineapple margaritaa yummm!!) and steel drummer playing! The view was great as well. "

"Rooms are old and dated and smell misty. Old air conditioning units in the rooms are old and very loud. Every time they cycle on it is loud enough to wake you up and it happens just about every half hour. Managed by the Opal, but nowhere near an Opal quality level."
