We often don’t make it to the hotel until the end of the day. It’s is such a nice relief to find that our reserved hotel has everything clean and ready got us to just walk in and rest."

"I havent been away from my kids with my husband in 9 years. So everything was fantastic. We swam, we enjoyed the jetted tub in the room. Then we watched tv. It said we got netflix and hulu. I had to log into netflix from my personal account for it to work"

"We were very disappointed after being gone all day on Saturday when we got back to the room. It was just like it was when we left. Housekeeping hasn't made it bed or leave use fresh towels. When we checked out I asked if my points had been added to my rewards account. The reply I got was "They should have been." She didn't even bother to check. I think I was overcharged for the room. I can't find the emails to verify that."
