"Courteous staff, lovely cleaners, and great facilities. Very close to Disneyland and a shuttle was provided, although only negative was we booked on the understanding there was a private car available for their top room class but this was not to Disney! "

"La chambre à l’instar de tout l’appartement est d’une propreté absolue.
Bonne surprise en découvrant des serviettes de bain (il était précisé qu’il b’y en avait pas).
L’hôtesse qui nous a reçu hier soir était vraiment charmante et obligeante.
Après une journée très difficile (obsèques), nous avons pu dormir sans aucun bruit et récupérer.
Nous reviendrons certainement lors de circonstances plus joyeuses.
Merci à tout le personnel qui nous permette de dormir dans d’excellentes conditions.

"We stayed 3 nites in an apart Hotel room, no one make up our room during the stay, receptionist told me that we need to stay for 6 nites minimum to get 1 time room make up, because Apart Hotel room is different from Hotel room . I think this is hard to believe and lowering the service quality of the Ascott"
