What followed was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've had in years of global travel as a Marriott Lifetime Gold Elite member. Three significant failures: 1. Repeated key card failures - Guest room keys stopped working multiple times throughout the stay, leaving guests stranded outside their rooms for over an hour each time awaiting resolution....

"We were in town for a sports tournament and needed a larger hotel room to accommodate us for several days. Our room was very clean and provided several amenities during our stay. Everything from bathroom toiletries to also providing the kitchenette dishwashing soaps. Also appreciated the hotel washer and dryer located downstairs for quick uniform washes. The hotel was also nearby several restaurants as well as our tournament locations. The hotel staff were also very friendly and professional...

"ワールドカップ時に利用。 駅から徒歩5分以内で治安が良い中に立地してます。駅は近いですがレストランやコンビニが近くにないのでやはり車の方が便利なのでしょう。 ダウンタウンと空港までは乗り換えなし。 ホテルは無料の朝食が付き、豪勢ではありませんがしっかりと食べられて充実していたと思います。オレンジ、バナナ、オートミール、ベーグルなどのパン、自分で焼くワッフル、ヨーグルト、ミルク、スクランブルエッグ、100％ジュース、薄いハンバーグ、など。 また設備が全般的に新しい、清潔なところが良い。適度なアートやメタリックをベースとした設備、備品などおしゃれです。 こじんまりして全て必要十分な全体的に満足度が高いホテルでした。"
