"Hotel is on the outskirts of town. Sheets / room clean. Hand held shower broke while it was being used. Reported to staff before leaving."

Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ma il posto per riporre i panni molto scarso. Abbiamo mangiato in struttura ma forse la cucina francese per noi italiani non è il massimo. Purtroppo al momento di lasciare l’albergo non abbiamo più trovato una busta contenente dei souvenir. Questo fatto mi ha rovinato la vacanza!"

If I knew they had a heated swimming pool and hot tub I would have brought a bathing suit."

"We love the European boutique hotels and this was great. The location is right where we wanted to be in the old town area with so many shops and restaurants and, of course, the Papal Palace. The hotel staff was very friendly, the lobby and breakfast area was spacious and our room was just right. It was larger than many European hotel rooms. There was plenty of room for our things and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet at night."

"The room was a lot older than expected. The bathroom just had a bathtub with a long handle shower head but nowhere to hold the shower head higher so you can't really shower standing up. It also didn't have any shower curtains"
