"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid
Hotels,com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This...

"This was a lovely quiet location which was very relaxing.
The property we stayed in was lovely,my only disappointment was the bed was uncomfortable and both pillows were really flat.
This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night.
Other than this ,we enjoyed our stay,and would definately return ."

"Lovely new apartments. Quiet and a good view. Beds were comfy and bathrooms lovely and the kitchen well equipped.
The need for key fobs to go thru every door was somewhat tiresome and a bit surreal. The concierge who carry out the check in for these apartments were helpful. I was somewhat disappointed as there was no hairdryer in the apartment. After a long hold on the phone I was told the housekeeper would bring one Saturday morning (we were going to a wedding) but it never materialised....

"The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and kind. The breakfast was quite simple, but I was happy to have something available nonetheless. The location is excellent, a quick walk from main attractions!"

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. Tina gave an interesting talk about them, whilst we were able to feed them. Our stay was truly lovely and the sunsets, other wildlife were just the ‘icing on...
