"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte tra sabato e domenica, è andato tutto più che bene, l’appartamento è al secondo e ultimo piano di una palazzina immersa nel verde. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, l’appartamento è grande (2 camere, 4 posti letto), c’è la cucina con ogni accessorio oltre alla macchinetta del caffè, il bollitore e il microonde. "This is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The 1 and 2-bedroom suites are so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed, bedding, furniture and all the amenities in the apartment make you feel right at home. It was immaculate. The pools are beautiful, especially the infinity pool with its gorgeous views. The food at their restaurant was excellent. We were traveling from the US and didn't realize that this property is in an area best accessed by car. For anyone coming who is not going to rent a car, get a cab from Florence. The manager was wonderful and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend vacationing here."
