The room was very clean and pleasant but could do with a bit of TLC but it didn't put us off.The location is fantastic,being right in the middle of the High ST.The staff were very helpful and fantastic as they had staff off while i stayed and as for the food,fantastic,loved the meals from the evening menu and the breakfast is superb as well with Nicky and the staff making it great.All in all well worth the money and i can't wait to return.

Fabulous stay as always. The staff are friendly and accomadating. Hotel is in prime position in Cowes. As a family we are very fond of this hotel.

Even though the hotel was not brand new, the service, and especially the staff characteristics were soooo good, that will definitely stay there the next time at the Isle of Wight.
