"The place was extremely dirty. Went to the store and bought bed sheets. Ran into someone that had stayed two years ago and they commented this hotel is not the same as the place I stayed in the past. I was surprised that it was so poorly kept since my experience with this brand had been good in the past."

It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed! My room only had two lights on the wall as I think the main light on the ceiling had been replaced with a smoke alarm. The room was very dim as one of the 2 lights was only 25 watts.
