"The property is beautiful and is located in an area that is fun to explore. My only complaint is the temperature in my room. The a/c was on but did not cool the room. I did open the windows to cool the room down and slept with the windows open. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was bigger than usual, has the jacuzzi, carpets in the hallway and room are very clean. No odors of cigarettes in the whole facility. Bathroom was very clean and fairly new. The pressure from the shower could be better, the water from the sink could flow faster. Air conditioner was working very well and not loud, the best treat was the control was on the wall. A lot of choices for breakfast but typical quality from hotels that offer them, no gourmet food. I wished the parking was free...

"Toilet was broken, shower head was rusty, bed bugs... Bed was uncomfortable... Property was shady with a lot of illegal activities going on in and around property. Manager tried to double charge my card for an extra night!"

"The room is not as clean as you maybe think. We found trash between the seat cushion of the chairs that were in the room and the ac unit filter was not clean properly everyday like they said. So check around the room before settling in as you have like a few minutes to check around. Parking is easy and the staff are all friendly and helpful."

A few of the bath towels and dish cloth given had human and animal hair in them, toilet screws were complete loose, the hallway wreaked daily although industrial strength freshener was used daily to mask the odor, the smell was sickening-had to hold my breath and walk briskly. "AC was loud, but given the age of property they made it nice and staff was very nice."

"We stayed here several times last year and enjoyed it and it is very convenient location for us as it is close to family. Unfortunately the room we were given this time didn't seem quiet up to par compared to last year. I think it could use a freshening up."

"The room was clean and there was plenty of parking available. The location was very close to downtown San Jose and SJSU. Also, several fast food restaurants on the block and across the street. This was an afforable and convenient location to stay for the SJSU commencement."
