The toal experience was extremely good. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Vivid. The room was great, fantastic service from all staff and the pool area were great with a good variety of places. This was our third time staying at this property. We Love the grounds. Our favorite is the adult pool and the opportunity to snorkel on site. Being connected to Xcaret park is the ultimate perk!
