"The staff are extremely friwndly and the resort is very clean. The room was spacious, but our bed was a little hard. We were still able to sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel and casino. I will be back soon."

"Room was very basic, it was clean. It was missing some furniture a lot of empty space. There was still food in the mini fridge from last guest. Weird smell in hallway on first floor. Parking lot has considerable amount of trash in it. "

"The arcade and restaurant on the website was not available. False advertising. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Could use some updating but for the price not bad."

"Everything was great!, except for our room (311) being haunted. Upon initial entry of the room there was a clear, unidentified weird scent, but it all looked and felt clean. Shower was great and breakfast was great. All would have been well if whatever upset ghost in there would have left 2 of the 5 of us alone. Screaming while asleep, horribly possessive dreams and starting to sit up.. the water turning on randomely in the bathroom.. very unexpected."

"Parking was horrendous/non-existent. Noise around the hotel was terrible. There is only one elevator in the center of the building so depending on where your room is and where you park, you might end up walking really far to your room and then back and forth to your car...nightmare. Upon entering the room, a foul odor. Dishwasher was rancid. That got better after we ran it. Garbage disposal didn't work and was full of rotten food. "

"I’ve used quality inn before, and always been happy with my stay. The room I had at this location was not nearly as clean, it was pretty disappointing."

"When they say you get what you paid for that is a true statement when booking at this property. Friday there is no one at the desk but a guy on a robot to check you in. Once I got checked in the light did not work, holes in the wall, sheets were stained with god know what, holes in the sheets and worst of all a bedbug was found in the bed. All the property offer was a new room and my deposit. I was there for 5 minutes and left to a different hotel. Run far away from this place as fast as you...

"Smoking room was not pretty but I'm not picky. Shower was cold though and not the cleanest. again not a complainer just that was my issues. "

"Don't stay here. Hair all over bathroom. Hairdryer sticky with hair and toilet paper all over it. Stained towels. No shampoo or conditioner provided, no coffee maker, no safe. We checked out after 1 night and they refused to refund the 2 nights we did not stay for."
