"The staff and hotel were great. The little league baseball teams running the halls playing on the elevator and being loud from 6 a.m was unbearable. No parents or coaches were addressing the players behavior. I had on of the coaches say "You picked a really bad weekend to stay in this hotel""

The ability to move luggage was challenging with only two old luggage racks which were unavailable when needed. The cost of the room did not reflect in the original fee even though I requested only hotels that accepted cats. I found this to be unreasonable and poorly handled. I will not return to this hotel. $300. For one night one person was an abomination."

"My stay at the Holiday Inn on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The staff went above and beyond by checking in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the added security.
