"We were super impressed by staff who when we advised that we had a problem with the hot tap in the shower and had ended up in a room that was disability friendly so the sink was very low, they transferred us to a premier room which had a lovely view. The hotel also has a good breakfast with lots of choices."
"Our room was very clean and the staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious, and they started early, which was nice considering I was on a work trip and had to leave early.
The room did not have an armchair/sofa, a safe, a coffee table, minifridge, coffee maker, iron and ironing table, and kleenex box as you would expect in a standard room these days. I guess we should've read the description more carefully, and not have taken these things for...
"The Titanic Muesum is a 10 minute walk from the hotel! Room was clean. However, I didn't realize you had to insert you key into a slot next the door to turn on the lights in the room. The staff should have communicated that in check in or instructions should have been left in the room. The hotel is a little to far from restaurants and pubs in Belfast city centre. You'll need to use the bus, drive or take a taxi if you want to do a night out. Hotel breakfast was standard buffet style."
