Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds are comfy. Hot tub is a nice touch. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. We always comeback and stay here when in Fernie.

The hotel is working hard to go green, ie no trash bags in rooms just cans, water bottle fill station and so on. Theres a kitchen with tables you can cook in as well as Bbq outside. Theres a hot tub outside and a grassy dog area to relieve themselves complete with garbage can. The stay with the dogs was great, no smell or dog hair anywhere. Beds and pillows were great, best sleep Ive had in a while! Location is between town and the ski hill so that’s great too.

The hotel and property was clean and fresh. The fox theme was playful. The water bottle filling station was a great feature. The outdoor facilities were inviting. The attention to reducing their ecological footprint is highly valued. We will look to stay here next time we are visiting the area.

Room was clean, bathroom door didn’t close fully and noise was a bit of an issue near the front desk/laundry area but otherwise it was a good, clean stay. Pet and mountain bike friendly!

Very easy checking/out. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Amazing toiletries (hand soap/body wash/ shampoo). Only one negative - the toilet was hard to flush. The floater was bent so that the tank only filled half way. Told the staff as I left and they were thankful for the info. Overall would stay again.
