"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid

"Lovely little apartment in a good location. Nicely renovated with kitchen including basic amenities. Fairly spacious bedroom with a double bed, comfy mattress and adjoining bathroom with shower. We didnt use the shower so can't comment on that. Great communication with owner and very helpful. Only tiny niggles were that I couldn't get hot water in the bathroom. Left tap running for ages and nothing happened so not sure what was happening there. Also could do with some better pillows on bed as...
