Hotel dekat Crater Lake

"Room was run down and dirty. "

"The garden, location and the 89’s style are the best things there… The room needs an update - specially the bathroom: old and nit working properly… Breakfast is good, as much as its staff! "

"Enjoyed the stay"

"Average. No AC or fan"

"Great service, lodge, breakfast, already planned a return visit."

"호수 전망 풍경이 좋습니다. 다양한 야생 동물 기린, 얼룩말, 물영양, 하마 등을 볼 수 있는 색다른 경험이었습니다. 직원분들은 모두 매우 친절합니다. 다만 시설의 깔끔함은 다소 떨어집니다."

"I nice and clean place. "

"The staff were friendly and very accommodating."

"N/A"

"Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again."

"Good and clean environment. Great customer service "

"There was no pool, it said microwave and fridge, there was not, only 1 towel for two people and they said they would bring it and never did till 2nd night. Didn’t clean the room until after we complained on the 2nd night."

"Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them"
