Before his arrival they even called ahead to ask if he’d like them to reserve his tea time slot in case it filled up, such a thoughtful touch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. "We had a lovely time at the Glen Clova hotel, it's set in beautiful scenery and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and our room was very quiet. Only thing I would ask for is mineral water in the room because both taps in the bathroom were running warm water so we couldn't pour a glass from there."
