"Friendly welcoming staff, varied menu and excellent food and atmosphere in the bar area. Good choice of breakfast and plenty of it.
Clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed and small but adequate en-suite.
We would stay again and would happily recommend it to others."

"This was such a lovely place to stay. We had a room in the annex. We could hear other people come and go and talking in another room, but quiet other than that. The pub was very nice."

"The Village Inn is in a beautiful setting.
Plentiful parking, easy and quick check in and able to book a table for dinner.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was a too firm for our liking but that was a minor detail.
Dinner was delicious and great value.
Good choices for breakfast - we had cereal, juice, poached egg on toast and tea.
Service was great.
Our visit was really good value."
