"After arriving 24 hours late due to Heathrow airport closure, we checked in at 11pm at night and entered a lower grade room than we’d prepaid for 5 nights. The sofa bed we’d asked to be set up for our daughter was also not done, the coffee and tea amenities had been used and not replenished with wrappers left in the box, the mirrors and desk were dirty, and we were not provided with the appropriate number of towels for our booking. Given our delayed circumstances and travelling with a 4 year old...

"The facility was reasonable. The bar area is not well laid out nor very comfotable. The tables were not cleand and the bar prices rather high.
The dinner and breakfast were ok but little fruit available.
Bedroom was fine."

"This property is the worst Hilton ever. Every floor is covered in half finished construction properties. Maid showed up at 10 at night and knocked on the door to clean. My phone got pick pocketed in front of the lobby and the security guard said, “he won’t ever leave the hotel because it’s dangerous outside.” Truly brilliant security guard! And non of their security cameras actually work. Do NOT stay here! I was a lifelong Hilton Diamond member and we have switched to Marriott after this stay!"

"Lovely very clean room with everything you would expect, helpful staff at check in, great choices at breakfast, english, continental, cereals, fruit all fresh. Parking bit hit miss dependent upon how booked hotel is but usually clears early evening. Very handy for trips into York , handy bus stop right outside with great services."

"We were a little horrified when my husband picked up dirty cutlery and returned them to the check-in station where the lady just put them back in the pile for other guests to pick up!!"
