"The staff was courteous. I really appreciated that. However, I wished that I’d known that they were not going to have water in the building for 2 of my nine days. Also, the bed we were in, had a horrible mattress. I did address this with the staff via texting. She said that all of their beds were like that. In this case, I won’t be returning."

"The pictures on Hotels.com are not the same hotel. No balconies and the rooms are not the large suites you see on the web site. I don’t know what’s up with that - very misleading. However the hotel is nice and clean - so I still give it a good rating. But the web site needs to get its act together."
