"Upon arrival we were assigned a different room than the one booked. Within 2 hours of checking in (we arrived at 6am after a long night of traveling) the front desk called to apologise and offered to switch rooms. The room is small but really cosy and has all the things you could need. The only thing I didn't like was the central skyhall as this generated a lot of noise and the rooms window looked out onto that skyhall.
