"There was an ominous noise all night that kept us awake until 3 am and we could finally fall asleep from pure exhaustion after traveling all day. Then the next morning a fire drill that was so loud. Upon check in, after traveling all day long, I attempted to purchase a pizza and wine from the pantry and the night attendant was incredibly rude and told me that they would not sell wine after midnight. Even though we literally checked in ten minutes before midnight. I'll never book this hotel again. "

"The property has been remodeled. They did a nice job. It’s too bad they didn’t spend some extra money on new beds. Very uncomfortable. The staff was mostly friendly. They wouldn’t let us check in 45 minutes early without a $35 charge. Never had a place not let us check in a little early or ask for a fee to do so. The shower amenities, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were nicely hanging on the wall in the shower but the conditioner was leaking out, causing the shower pan to be slippery which I couldn’t see. I slipped. I would always check this from now on. Would I recommend this…no. "

"Absolutely the perfect accommodation for a stay over arriving late night from the airport. The room was brilliantly clean. Bed comfortable and nice clean bed linen. Bathroom clean with all the supplies you need. I loved the furniture arrangement and little kitchenette . The Hotel was furnished with everything you need as-well as a gym. Staff were very friendly helpful and professional . Breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice ! Clean breakfast room . I will highly recommend this Atwell Suites One other thing to mention is the very convenient free shuttle service bus available at all times from and to the Airport. I arrived after midnight from LHR via Chicago and was so grateful to use this amazing service . "
