"Great hotel with helpful staff"

"Very pretty hotel and centrally located with friendly and warm welcoming staff. Breakfast is amazing! The best I’ve seen so far at similar hotels. However, the WiFi was very bad! To the point I could barely use it while in the hotel! I was told they would restart the modem but the connection still was inadequate. Also was not able to cast my channels (like Netflix) onto the TV, and the installed YouTube channel didn’t work either. While much attention was paid to aspects of the decor, the...

"Very quiet property, which was easy to find and close by transport links to the centre. Vwry handy having the kitchenette, however there was no cloth/ sponge, washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided. This meant that although convenient to have it available, the cutlery and plates were not very clean on arrival. However, other than that, the beds were very comfortable, we slept well and the apartment offeres everything else you might need. "
