"This was one of the most amazing experiences we had while in Australia! The breakfast was amazing, they had a buffet and you could also order from their menu. We had a koala in a tree right outside our room! The retreat gave us a pass to come and go freely within the wildlife park, and it is quite expansive. We took a night time tour where we got to see animals we would not have gotten to see during the day, and also took a behind the scenes tour during the day where we saw various wallabies and...

"We were very well locked after from the instant we arrived. Valet parking, complimentary drinks as my room wasn’t quite ready at check in time. Wonderful experience. "Staff were so helpful and friendly. They allowed me to use the showers in the gym before check out and before my flight home. Generally couldn't talk highly enough of the hotel. The view i had on the 23rd floor was amazing, catching some of the Harbour bridge. Its also a very quiet hotel and the location is great with train/metro's very nearby."

"The first day breakfast after arrive at night the male servant is very rude. Try to stop me adding my breakfast even though still have 15 minutes before cut off time. He is not qualified working in service business. That is why the second day and third day we don’t want to spend another dime for breakfast. "
