"Our air conditioning wasn’t working. We reported it once and no one came so I walked to front desk and asked again. They did send someone up immediately and he told us it was working but you could stand in the room and definitely tell it wasn’t. He did return about 30 min later and held up a thermometer to the vent and said it’s working, but the thermostat was sitting on 65 and the room was 75 degrees. We had been at a baseball field all day and we were exhausted. We ended up staying in the room because we didn’t feel like moving but didn’t sleep at all because it was so hot in the room. The next day I returned to front desk and they happily let us move rooms but the second room wasn’t much different. It was cooler, but still the room didn’t get under 73 degrees. I overheard 3 others talking about the air."
