"Everything was fine but incredibly disappointing about the advertised free shuttle to and from the airport and the subtle disclaimer that there must be a 48 hour notice. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed at I’ve been able to call the day of to arrange a pickup and schedule a drop off while checking in. I would have chose a different hotel if this information was more prominent instead of picking up $60 in uber fees. Since this is not common, a simple courtesy call do make customers aware of this 48 advance notice would go a long way, especially when it is shoulder season and not busy."
