Pool was green, paint peeling, sidewalks were very dirty. I met the new manager and he seems like he’s gonna do some good things for the place.

bedding wasn't changed on arrival it had blood and other stains moved to another room it had bed bugs room was supposed to be closed No current license for continental breackfast owners children were cleaning the rooms . Fortunately the staff from former owners were wonderful They went out of their way to try to move us to a suitable room but we decided to move on.

WROST Hotel i ever stayed in. The carpet was wet! Room smelled like Mildew i had to go buy carper fresh powder and sprinkle all of it on the carpet - just to stay in the room There was a ROACH in my bed - so i slept in the car' The bathroom floor was sticky there breakfast was poor - no eggs - no sausage just muffins and cereal and coffee Horrible stay and the only reason i could not leave was due the the hurricane i was trying to get away from DONT STAY THERE!!!!!!!!1

There was no coffee pot in room-nor any kind of cup or glass. Fridge had no shelves and off its base in the cabinet. TV had no remote and had to call 2 times and wait 30 minutes to get one. Breakfast was meager-bread, but no butter or jam.

The only positive experience during our stay, which lasted only about five minutes, was Soho, the front desk attendant. They were courteous and helpful when assisting us with receiving our refund.

I had to call Expedia to get me out of this horrible room. Front desk lady was very kind and helpful, when Expedia called front desk to verify the condition of the room this lady was very helpful. I was on my way in just a couple of minutes, full refund has been received. Under no circumstances should anyone book a room here until they do a complete overhaul of the property. Mold, and cockroaches everywhere. Worst room I’ve ever checked into in my entire life.

As soon as I opened the door to the room I was given I was smacked in the face with the smell of mold. There was no microwave in the room as described in the amenities. This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at this hotel and it will be my last. With each stay things have gotten worse. This time the staff at the front desk was very rude.

After we checked in we were told the pool was out of commission the exercise room was out of commission the hair dryer in the room didn't work we only had one bath towel and one washcloth in the room

Bring your own pillow!! They are paper thin and you might as well use your arm. The only reason I didnt Leave 1 star because it was clean and the staff were really nice

Not much to like. No ice bucket; no drink cups; no iron/board; lights didn't work; TV only had 1 channel; not enough bed pillows; unpleasant odor in room; no coffee in room; room door was filthy on outside; outside ice maker didn't work; no hot food for breakfast. But the A/C worked OK. I would never stay there again!!!

El hotel y las habitaciones tienen un aspecto pésimo; hay mucha humedad y un olor horrible a drogas, y las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. No lo recomiendo.
