The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and pretty clean. The floors in the bathroom were a bit slick. As was the tub. You had to be very careful to not fall when showering and getting in and out. Overall, it was a nice stay!

Fabuloso

Room was very clean however a lot of fabuloso was used and the smell was too strong. So much fabuloso was used in the tub and on the flooring that it left a film behind when running water in the tub you can feel it still soapy but overall everything else would please and the room was nice

Ok place to stay they are slowly remodeling and getting the hotels back in place over new management. And they are really great people but dont take no BS they will come around and check out the hotel to make sure everything going ok and that the hotel people or ok and comfortable but a very quiet place and makè me feel safe

Great check-in and check-out. The staff was very friendly. Only issue is there is a lot of people outside hanging out after midnight until 4am which would wake me up and made it difficult to sleep. Room was clean except the towels were stained.

The room,appeard clean but there were roaches and hopping spiders. The staff gave us som.e bug spray and we later bought some on our own. The staff was nice and accomodating. The grounds were not very clean and there were guests putting their cigarettes out on the stairs up to our room. Also flipping lit butts on the veranda where they could be stepped on.

Other guests were loud throughout the evening/night. Police showed up multiple times to deal with disturbances throughout the weekend. Rooms were minimally cleaned, I ended up buying my own cleaning supplies and giving everything a much needed wipe down. Office staff was extremely friendly and seemed to be trying their best despite the situations that arose. Best wishes to the crackhead downstairs who decided to fight dragons at 5am on a Saturday morning.

Ok for the price

It was a place to sleep. Hotel is in a very high traffic area so travel was frustrating. The shower curtain rod was broken on one side so the floor was soaked after every shower. There was 4 of us and only 2 towels/wash cloths were supplied. No sort of breakfast/coffee was served so we outsourced everything. Shopping centers & restaurants were close by if you could get to them with the traffic. Eglin AF base was close by. Beaches were only about 30 min drive away. Overall not too bad for the price. Be ready to pay a deposit on top of the room rates as hotels.com doesn't state this when booking.

Parking was easy. Heater worked good. Water was hot. Bed and floors were clean. Room looked like someone had a tantrum and did a lot of damage to the room. Breakfast was really sad. Coffee was not good. Water with some kind of flavoring was nasty. The other stuff to eat was just not good. But I know “you get what you pay for”. The price was cheap enough. I should have known. But we got a decent rest on a clean bed along with a hot shower. Toilet leaked.
