"I checked in, and had my room switched to have a tub. The room WAS NOT CLEAN. I had to clean the room myself. The only thing done was the toiletries and coffee cups for the coffee machine. The bed and tub had hair in them, the floors weren't swept and mopped, nor the carpet vacuumed. It wasn't dusted or anything else. I cleaned the room and changed the bedding myself. Essentially I paid for unscheduled and uncontractual work. Some of the staff were dismissive and rude. I'm not emotional, nor...

"The reviews on here have to be AI generated. This place looks nice from the outside, it’s even nice in the day room. After that the place isn’t that welcoming. My room smelled like mildew (you can tell the carpet needs removed) and there are stains everywhere including the bathroom toilet. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here if you are like me and very sanitary."
