"This is the second time that I have stayed at the Dragon Inn. Generally it has been good. The only dissapointing thing for me is that breakfast does not start until 8am, which for a work trip is getting a little too late. Also, the cooked breakfast is now an optional extra, whereas in 2024 it was included. The entrance to the car park is dreadful."

"The hotel is quiet with extensive areas for guests. The Leisure suite is excellent with sauna, steam room and a spacious, well equipped gym. Breakfast has lots of choice although the options have definitely been reduced since we were last there 6-8 years ago. Parking is plentiful and the views across the valley are beautiful. "Very peaceful, lovely private garden patios with a stream running past and lots of bird song. Inside, the cottage is equally serene and well thought out, with lots of windows, plentiful hooks in the bathroom and a great walk in shower, as well as a clean and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect, with easy access to all the hiking trails and castles. We loved our stay in this cottage. Perfect!"

"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "
