Horrible experience

No Air-conditioning !!! It was sickening hot. I begged them for an upgraded room at any other of their hotels at any price. They showed no mercy or intention to help me. I got very sick and ended up needing doctor's help. No management at all. No customer service. Careless and unprofessional.

Vecchio monastero convertito in hotel e fronte mare; Tv non funzionante, bagno sporco all’arrivo e pulito malamente, bagnoschiuma e crema in dispenser vuoti. Richiesto il cambio i prodotti, ma erano terminati. Dopo la prima notte non hanno rifatto i letti. Alle sei del mattino partiva un concerto interminabile di campane della chiesa

Det er et meget gammelt hotel, faldefærdigt. Værelserne er små og ingen aircondition. Madrasserne var neget gamle og fjedrene stak op, virkelig dårlig komfort. Morgenmaden var under al kritik. Kaffen var kold. Buffeten var dåsemad. Virkelig dårlig. Personalet var generelt ligeglade og uinteresseret. Absolut ikke 3 stjerner

Da muss ich nicht wieder hin!

Ein Hotel, was in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es gibt deutlichen Renovierungsbedarf. Das Mobiliar auf der Terasse war zum großen Teil defekt. Einfache Ausstattung in den Zimmern. Unser Zimmer war sehr laut. Rezeption in der Nähe war laut, da alles gfließt ist. Morgens um 6:oo Uhr ertönte die Glocke der Kirche ( im selben Gebäudekomplex ) und um 7:00 begannen die Reinigungsarbeiten mit Laubbläsern und Motormähern. Das Frühstück war okay, ohne große Abwechslung. Der Ort Crikvenica war total überfüllt. Hotel war unmittelbar am Strand. Blick zum Meer war zwar vorhanden, jedoch von freier Sicht war nicht zu sprechen.

Sobe su kao od prvog otvorenja, stanje solidno, kreveti ( savjet) promijenite madrace, recepcija( osoblje) za svaku pohvalu -jako ljubazno, sobarice - jako ljubazne, restoran - hrana ( dorucak i vecera) biffe - jako , jako ukusan izbor jela i pica , za svaku pohvalu, terasa hotela - nazalost nisam bio odusevljen, plocice prljave, PARK PROSTOR HOTELA - cista jedinica samo 4 parkinga , a ovoliki gosti , za tako nesto treba se menadzment pobrinuti ( a takva je cijela Crikvenica( park sat 10 kuna - UZAS ) . Za komplet boravak ipak mogu ocijeniti od 1- 5 sa debelom 4 !!! Z I V I L I !!!

Rough diamond and worth a visit in cooler weather.

Great position, beautiful clear water for swimming and easy access to the hotel if travelling by bus. Beautiful beach front and good value when meals are included although not the highest quality. Our room was clean and roomy but basic. The serious negative is no air conditioning and the nights were quite uncomfortable but we did book a second night to enjoy the views and waterside walks. Be prepared for 2 or 3 flights of stairs and English is not the receptions first language.

Seiner tollen Lage wird das Hotel nicht gerecht

Leider schon kein guter Eindruck bei der Ankunft. Unfreundliche Behandlung, keine Hilfe bei der Parkplatzsuche, keine Behindertenparkplätze. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher karg, mit dem Nachteilen wurde oft länger gewartet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber ! Hotel sehr hellhörig

Dit hotel is mooi gelegen en een toonbeeld voor Crikvenica. Grote eetzaal met buiten terras uitzicht op de zee en eiland KRK. Ontbijt en Diner in buffetvorm inclusief Wijn en Bier en Frisdrank (zelf tap). Vele Restaurants en IJssalons in de buurt. Niet geschikt voor rolstoel gebruikers. Lift is aanwezig maar helaas bereikbaar na 25 treden.

Jednostavno, došao vidio i otišao, platio a nisam boravio, sramota od hotela, na +40, bez klima uređaja, pa mislim da je to doista sramotno, kad udjete na recepciju kao da ste u sauni, pa ja se pitam dali je to normalno za vas, znači ništa lijepo, nadam se da ću dobiti povrat novca jer se osjećam prevareno, za sada toliko, lijepi pozdrav. Das Hotel ist super gelegen, direkt am Strand und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Unsere Motorräder konnten wir direkt vor dem Eingang parken. Essen war nie so richtig warm sonst okay . Wir werden es aufjedenfall wieder Buchen wenn wir in diese Region Urlaub machen werden
