"I asked to pay to upgrade room on arrival as I'd struggled with a single bed the night before. For a very reasonable sum they upgraded me to a family suite which was absolutely fantastic. The swimming pool was lovely. The staff were all super nice and the breakfast was absolutely delicious"

City Résidence Tours

"We received a friendly welcome from the staff on arrival at City Résidence Tours. The room was clean and well kept. There was working air-conditioning, which we were grateful for as there was a heatwave during our stay. The air-conditioning occassionally made odd noises, but continued to work well for the period of our stay. The cooking area was clean and well enough equipped for our stay, but was compact. There were two local mini-markets that served our needs for supplies well during our stay. City Résidence Tours is very convenient for Tours railway station, and we also found it was walkable, about 25 minutes, from Saint-Pierre-des-Corps railway station. The historic centre of Tours and the Loire are walkable from City Résidence Tours. We took breakfast at City Résidence Tours, once, our final day, before taking the nexy leg of our journey. The breakfast room was clean and tidy with a good range of breakfast foods."
