"Our stay was wonderful! There was 3 of us and we had plenty of space in our room. The room was large, comfortable and quiet, with the kitchenette being an added bonus. The location was 10 minutes from the airport and had plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially April who there every morning setting up breakfast. Breakfast was simple but good. It had hard boiled eggs, pastries, cereal and other things that come usually with a continental breakfast. The coffee was good too which we were grateful for. Thank you for the great stay, we'll definitely be back!"

"Pleasantly surprised after reading a few 3 star reviews and complaints about this and that. Great location, helpful. friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. Could it be more updated? Sure, but they will be renovating/updating in November. I enjoyed my stay and will return. The elevator/escalator situation is not that tough to figure out. The garage is tight and $21 a day is steep where I come from, but probably consistent with Cincy."
