"We are local residents and booked this hotel primarily to use the Topgolf Swing Suite. Unfortunately, we received conflicting information about its availability. In the evening, we were told it was closed, but the next morning we were informed that it only operates in the evenings. Since this was one of the main reasons for our stay, it was disappointing.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly. However, there was only one set of towels in the room...

"No closet to hang clothes. Need instructions on how to use the tv. Had 2 remotes and no explanation as to what to do with them. Manage to turn it on but difficulty in finding a channel. Eventually just turned it off. Rooms had wooden floors so can hear the occupant next door move the desk chair. Load scraping noise across the floor each time they moved. "I like the cleanliness and the service. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was great. They have free parking for the guests. One thing I struggled with was bringing my suitcases up to the front door from the stairs. A clear sign is needed to guide guests to walk around through right garage door if they arrive with Uber/Lyft/Taxi so they don’t have to carry big luggages and claim the stairs."

"I would not park and fly from this hotel again. I would have had to wait an hour for the return shuttle. They do not come every half hour. Took an uber for 22$ instead to get to my car . Overcharging on parking when I could get it for 11$ a day down the street at the Dylan. Not happy about that. I will stay at the Dylan next time I fly"
