Hotel dekat Crooked River State Park

"Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again."

"Great location and great view from the upper porch. If you’re taking the ferry to Cumberland Island, you’ll be right across the street. There is no dedicated parking. They offer a free breakfast but it wasn’t set up one of our two mornings, no one was at the desk to get ice, there was not even a way to get coffee. There were 4 of us- 3 adults and a child. We chose a room with 2 beds- they were full size and the room was very small. We own an old house so we understand the challenges but this...

"Comfortable and convenient. Good breakfast and good service."

"Everthing was great"

"I stayed 3 nights. I considered it a good value. The bed was comfortable. I was tired and slept 10 hours each night! The breakfast area had a large range of selections. There were only two drawbacks: the difficulty getting my door to accept my room key and the absence of a closet, with a series of vertical pegs, one on top of the other, for hanging items. But the front desk was short on hangers. I'd suggest bringing your own.."

"Staff were very nice and areas round the hotel were kept well maintained and neat. Our room was very clean and spacious, however, the bed was not comfortable. Another disappointment was the age of the universal equipment in the gym. Other than those two items the stay was pleasant and would still consider staying our next visit to Kings Bay."

"Well, I wish I could tell you how the rooms were, but that I don't know because when I arrived for my check-in, I was informed that they were overbooked and they switched me over to a different hotel. I assumed that I would stay at that hotel for the remainder of my stay but after one night, however, it was only one night we were asked to pay for the reminder even thought we already paid for our trip. We had to get a hold of Expedia to assist with getting a refund from Mariners, which was a...

"Stay was great!!!"

"Clean and comfortable"

"Nicely decorated for the holidays"

"I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I learned hotel was being renovated. Noise galore, saws, hammering etc. All amenities were closed ie: pool, fitnes...everything. Contacted Expedia and they did nothing to help. Hotel said if I booked direct, they would discount the rate. Expedia told me no discounts. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!"

"The property was clean, but a bit worn. No cups (plastic or paper) were available. The bed was really high and difficult to get into -- very odd. I thought the hot water was broken at first because it took so long to show up. Once it finally arrived it was good. Bar soap and little packets of shampoo, not like most places these days. I felt the room was bit overpriced. Acceptable for a night if better choice unavailable. I have been traveling a bit of late, so I had experience with which to...

"Never again!!"

"Upon arrival, the smell in the check in area was horrible. The room was no better, it smelled like old wet dog. I had children with me but I was just happy that we were only staying one night. Very disappointed."
