"My family and I stayed at this hotel on 2 different occasions and had 2 completely different experiences. The first time was great. The room was clean, beds were neat, the process was super easy. Last time, it was bad. Our room had so many roaches, flies, and insects. We woke up to many of them in the bathroom and sink area. I let the staff know upon checkout. We travel every weekend here, and I'm thinking we will explore other options in the area for our next trip."
