"Hotel is in a good location. The building is definitely dated. It is obvious they try to maintain it the best they can. The only complaint was the smell perhaps due to the pet policy. However, for the price it was tolerable."

"Our room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Parking was easy and accessible."

"Unless you are actually looking for a place close to the airport to save yourself some time, I would not recommend staying here. You can hear the planes passing by every time they fly over. During the day it’s a frequent noise disturbance since the walls are so thin. Also, the layout of the room was very weird. There is a sink with the toilet in one part of the room and then a separate area for the shower and another sink in the room.The doors on both areas are sliding and do nothing to help muffle sounds when you go to the bathroom. So if you are sharing the room, be aware that everyone in the room can hear everything. The TV is in an awkward spot to watch because of the bathroom area layout. We also noticed that the usb plugs on the alarm clock and the lamps stopped working when the light switch in the room was flipped off. So, we couldn’t charge our electronics unless the lights were on. The breakfast layout was not as abundant as it usually is at other hotels. Also, did not have waffles which was super disappointing to my son."

"Paid for ADA room that was needed and did not get one, had carperts outside my room being ripped up at 8:45 AM, entire lobby was under construction, checked 3 floors for ice and had none, mini fridges did not even work, and only one active elevator."

"I stayed here for a short trip and overall it was an average experience. The room was clean on arrival, and the location was convenient. The airport shuttle was helpful, though it does not run 24 hours. There are also some restaurants nearby. There were some maintenance items in the room that could use attention, and the bed was a bit firm for my preference. In the common areas, I noticed an exposed fire alarm in the hallway that should be addressed. Also, the “business center” listed appears to be a small seating area rather than a functional workspace. Overall, it’s a decent property, but it would benefit from more consistent maintenance and attention to detail."
