The hotel only had two elevators and one was not operational, causing a 15-20 minute delay trying to get to our room.

The hotel lost electricity on my floor for the entire day and the next day before checkout. I could not use my room to get ready for my festivities. I was really inconvenient. I love the Whitehall. But țhe management did not compensate me for the inconvenience.
