Only problem I had was about 8:30am we don’t have to be checked out tell 12:00 ! But we checked out way before! A lady walked in our room with out knocking! That just made me fill uncomfortable!

Beds and shower were dirty. There was food and hair in the beds. Visible stains everywhere. There was no house keeping and I was told I would have to change sheets etc myself. There are homeless ppl surrounded the property.

The hotel is cute, close to NRG and lots of food options. I did not care for the policy of cleaning rooms only every third day. If you needed towels you had to ask daily at the front desk. Since no one cleaned the room people put dirty towels in halls, that is very unsanitary and an eyesore. Also we only had two people in our room if you had more I can not imagine what the trash would look like after three days.

We stayed last year it was awesome! So this year I decided to stay again. They didn’t offer a shuttle to the rodeo. Their bar was also closed. Those were some of the reasons I chose to stay again. Will think about next year.

I loved my stay, and the staff was really great. But when checking in they gave me a one bed room. I showed them my booking was for a two queen bed room and the promptly fixed it. But I was told Expedia just sends a booking over for first availability without specifications on the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The wifi was a lil laggy and it didn't help much. While it was great that breakfast during the week was until 9:30am, it seemed a lil sad. When I went, there was kolaches, cereal, sausage patties, bacon, and toast. I thought maybe there'd be scrambled eggs or batter to make pancakes. But I was only there for a day, so idk if they offer other types of breakfast on other days. But overall I did enjoy my stay

Good value for the place.. a bit old but revamped. Rooms are big and spacious but you can hear everything from the door to the hallway it was a bit noisy being on the first floor but overall the bed was comfy big bathroom and convenient walk to the rodeo which we were going too. Staff is great and super friendly, always found parking and is close to everything. WiFi was great room was clean, carpet is a bit dingy and old but again perfect price for what we needed.

We chose this hotel based on several amenities that checked the must have boxes for us traveling for Houston Rodeo. Their website listed shuttle service to and from NRG and hotel bar open 5pm-12am, both of which were not true. Front desk staff replied with “The website been saying that.” when we questioned false advertisement. We were also not notified of the “one car one room” policy until after checking in for a group of four with 2 vehicles. All in all it was not a bad hotel, but for someone booking this specific place for certain amenities promised per the website it was very frustrating to learn that was not accurate information. Wouldn’t stay again.

Rooms were fairly clean, sheets were questionable with some staining. You had to physically take your dirty towels to the desk to get new ones. Breakfast did not look appetizing. Staff was friendly, location was great for the rodeo we were able to walk to the stadium. We never got a code for WiFi and there was an odd stain on the ceiling and coming down the wall like it was wet

Hotel claims that they have parking available but they don’t. They have a very small parking lot and allow anyone to park there. If you are driving to the hotel, you won’t have anywhere anywhere to park.

staff nice rooms not found tissue paper at corner of the bed used and bed was so bowed in the middle my back was hurting all day long yes, they moved me to another room but very little difference. Bar never was open No eggs in the morning pictures don't do it no jests.

The staff, especially Kimberly, were 5 star !! Parking was easy and safe. We went for the rodeo and it was very easy to walk or catch a ride to the rodeo and not deal with rodeo parking. WiFi worked. They are in a transitional stage of updating and some amenities may not be as expected. Overall good stay.

There was a blood stain on curtains....the room had a nasty aroma....shower had no shelf for soaps,etc....but good value for being within walking distance of rodeo and lots of restaurants
