I watched him interact with a gentleman and Daniel was so accommodating and helpful in communicating to this man who I think did not have a lot of $$ to stay. "We stayed one night for a concert at the Ledge. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and had lots of space. The room had everything we needed! We would stay again.
The front desk could have been friendlier, the ramp was free to park nights and weekends (we stayed a Friday night) but we were still charged to park in the ramp by the hotel. I feel for the price of the room the parking fee should be included. "

"I love this setup. It is nice having a living room and kitchen area. The room was not dirty but we found wrappers and a child's toy. The dishes on the dishwasher said clean but they were not and all the soap was laying in the bottom. It did not affect us in any way."

"The location of this hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants and the Ledge Amphitheater. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The description of the suite room stated it had a bedroom which I was thinking would have been a separate room from the small living area but that was not the case.
