The room was nice and spacious. A bit overpriced for the area, but knew that going in. The kids like the pools and games.
We asked for blankets for the pullout couch and never received them. We got a free breakfast coupon for the mistake.
Biggest complaint is that we paid $40 for game cards for the arcade games and the kiosk broke and was unable to dispense cards. The person at the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it because they don’t own the machines. So as a guest at their hotel, I had to call the company that owned the machines, left voicemails for their tech people, talk to their maintenance person, and then wait for the maintenance person to come fix the machine. I understand you don’t own the machines, but this is the arcade in your hotel. The least you could do was call the maintenance person yourself. You’re welcome for getting the arcade company to come fix your machines. He was there about an hour pulling that machine apart.
