"Avoid this hotel!!!! I travel frequently, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The facility is falling apart: the rooms are old, the AC failed, the door was difficult to open, and the toilet broke. The service was non-existent. When the toilet broke, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I went to the lobby, but the staff had left for the day. I tried the operator and the after-hours line multiple times with no luck. Rude service and zero accountability—stay elsewhere"

"The hotel is beautiful, and decor is top notch similar to Restoration Hardware. We were greeting by friendly staff/valet. Room was clean, modern technology …comfy pillows. Daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. We will def be staying again in the near future."

"The hotel is across from a large bus station. The noise was not significant however. The breakfast options on Sunday are minimal and there wasn’t much of anything to choose from. The rooms were clean and met our needs. "

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were pretty extensive renovations going on which limited the use of elevators, we took the stairs which was fine but not ideal when on higher floors. Beds were comfortable, black out shades were great and the room was quiet and comfortable."

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it technically served its purpose, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The room itself had some noticeable cleanliness and maintenance issues. The carpet appeared quite dirty, with visible stains that made the space feel less comfortable. The shower setup was also unusual; the curtain was installed with what looked like a DIY wooden plank, which didn’t seem appropriate or secure.
