"The room is in need of an update with old chipped furniture. There was a big water stain on the blinds of the window from the ceiling. But it was mostly clean, with a decent breakfast. "

Room had not been vacuumed by night stand in months if not longer. Clerk offered to move us but too late "

"Neat , tidy, quiet and the bed was soooo comfortable! fridge,microwave in room along with other amenities. Even a washer and dryer for guest use. Wonderful lodging for the money!!!"

"Overall property was above average except my son found three bugs in the room on 2 different nights. Staff was pleasant as I had a medical emergency and they worked with me and my family. Parking was convenient and safe. Pricing was fair and reasonable. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff, room very comfortable and super clean, Continental breakfast was exactly what I was speaking. Huge shout out to the GM. The elevator was out of order and he called me the day before I checked in to make sure I was aware and to see if this would be a challenge for my mobility. I very much appreciated that extra effort. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"RE: Archer's Suite. Clean Room. No closet, bring hangers if desired there is a hanging hook(s) on door. Just be advised this room faces street and trains come through several times a night. Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem."
